Returned & Refused Packages
Your package will be shipped to the address you entered at checkout.
If a package is sent back due to an incorrect address, a not found address, or is refused at delivery - the shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Rush orders
If you need your order before a specific date, feel free to reach out before placing an order - I'll be happy to check ahead of time whether your dead line can be met, or offer upgraded shipping for an additional fee, according to your needs.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale is available for all paper products! Contact me here or email: hello@knuffelpaper.com - and I'll be happy to provide further information.
Packaging
Your order will be packaged in a compostable non-plastic protective sleeve* or wrapped in protective kraft paper.
Prints are shipped in a rigid mailer with cardboard backing or in a mailing tube (large posters / gift wrap rolls), to insure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Multiple items will be bundled together in order to reduce waste and keep shipping costs budget friendly.
*I'm still searching for poster-size biodegradable sleeves (13"x19"/ a3+), so meanwhile that's the only product using plastic sleeves. You can recycle it, or request your print be packaged in kraft paper, rolled in the mailing tube.
If you have suggestions for large eco-sleeves I'd love to hear :-)
